Somatic Yoga with Abby: Join Abby Collins in a 75 minute class designed to nourish the mind and body. This type of yoga flow incorporates a mix of strength, stretch and meditation.
Chakra Balancing Yoga with Diana: Chakra is a sanskrit word which means "wheel of energy". We all have these subtle energies spinning around our bodies at all times. Chakras can get stuck or slow down and become out of balance due to stressors in our life. Having a balanced chakra system will improve your sense of well being. In Diana Smoot's chakra balancing class, you will work on restoring each chakra through specific asanas, crystals, essential oils, mantras, mudras, breathing and meditations specific to that chakra.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Katy: Vinyasa is a practice of linking breath to movement and is designed to build strength and increase flexibility. Open to students of all levels.
